Erica's New York journey began with moving to New York City in 2001. By 2011, she had discovered a hidden sanctuary in Sullivan County. What began as a weekend escape and part-time retreat evolved into a full-time residence in 2021, allowing Erica to cultivate a balance between her cosmopolitan inclinations and her profound connection to the natural world.
With a master's degree in environmental policy from Columbia University, Erica's remarkable career spans nearly a decade in influential roles within the heart of New York City's government, followed by an impressive five-year tenure in the fiercely competitive real estate market of Brooklyn.
Erica specializes in the art of home staging and crafting high-level presentation and marketing strategies tailored to each unique property. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a legislative negotiator, landlord, investor and relentless renovator, Erica possesses a wealth of invaluable insights and instincts that guide, prepare and advise her clientele. Her discerning design eye, coupled with a passion for history and community, has resulted in the successful completion of over a dozen remarkable homes to date.
When Erica isn't transforming houses, she can most often be found on horseback and other equestrian pursuits.
