Enter through Bear Run’s gallery-style foyer, where the home’s bi-level layout unfolds with sculptural grace. Ascending from the entry, a softly lit, low-slung staircase leads to the upper level — an expansive great room where white oak floors, sculptural forms, and sunlight define the mood. Soaring ceilings and dormer windows invite an ever-changing play of shadow and light across the architectural angles, while a vast wall of picture windows opens the space to the surrounding woods.
A custom, dual-sided fireplace clad in fluted tile anchors the living area, balancing warmth with artistry. Just beyond, glass doors open to a quietly campy blush-toned deck overlooking the property’s tranquil 18 acres. At the far end of the great room, the color-blocked kitchen stands as a creative centerpiece. Centered around a sculptural eat-in island, the space glows beneath reimagined vintage street lamps. Further along, the private primary suite offers a sense of quiet retreat. The generous layout easily accommodates a king bed, side tables, and dual armoire systems flanking a built-in vintage dresser. The ensuite bath, inspired by Turkish hammams, creates a spa-like wet room with a soaking tub, walk-in rainfall shower, dual-sink vanity, radiant-heated floors, and a separate water closet.
