Robin Jones is the licensed New York real estate broker and owner of Anatole House. Member in good standing of the Sullivan County Board of REALTORS® and the Ulster County Board of REALTORS®. Active member of the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce. Active member of NAR's GREEN REsource Council.

In 2015, Robin moved upstate for a brief break from the bustling streets of New York City, and never moved back. Her path intertwined with the region's go-to boutique hospitality company, Red Cottage Inc., where she assumed the role of Managing Director for a five-year tenure. Her architectural curiosity and love of design led her to become a licensed real estate agent and eventually forge her own path as a broker, resulting in the creation of Catskill Mountain Houses, which has since evolved in Anatole House.

Drawing upon her extensive background in international relief and development, Robin imparts a refreshing human touch to the real estate market. Her ethos revolves around principles deeply rooted in trust, discretion and diligence. Having experienced the contrasting landscapes of both a rural Midwest upbringing and the urban tapestry of New York City, she possesses a rare ability to seamlessly navigate between these diverse realms, making her an ideal advisor for clients seeking to strike the perfect balance.

When not immersed in all things real estate, Robin may (or may not) be found at secret swimming holes and telling stories around crackling fire pits. Her wanderlust knows no bounds, as she eagerly hits the road in upstate New York and beyond, in search of captivating regions to uncover and explore.

Arlena Armstrong-Petock is a licensed New York real estate salesperson, and a member in good standing of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS®.

Arlena first fell in love with the Catskills while renting a house in Kerhonkson with her husband and pup. It was mid-October, peak foliage, and their host gave them a laundry list of places to check out (Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, Kingston Stockade District, Minnewaska Trails, Peekamoose Blue Hole, etc). When packing up their rental after the long weekend, their host’s children pulled some carrots out of their garden and said to them, “Look! We just harvested a snack!” And they thought to themselves, “Wow. These people are doing it right!”

After a year-long journey of finding the perfect weekend home, Arlena settled in Catskills; and in 2020, she made the move from weekender to full-time Hudson Valley resident. Having originally been a New York City buyer looking for a weekend escape, she deeply understands her clients’ style and needs. She promises a personal, thoughtful, and professional experience.

When Arlena isn’t working with clients, she can be found doing DIY renovations, foraging for mushrooms, gardening, taking yoga classes, or working on freelance fashion work.

Jill Borenstein is a licensed New York real estate salesperson, and member in good standing of the Sullivan County Board of REALTORS®.

For over a decade, Jill found solace and inspiration amidst the landscapes of the Catskills. It was during this time that she acquired a piece of land in Sullivan County, constructing an enchanting off-grid tiny cabin as a weekend getaway. Jill eventually bid farewell to her former hospitality work on eastern Long Island, in exchange for upstate life. And in 2020, she embraced this new chapter, building a full-time residence on the same idyllic property.

As a self-starter with a keen understanding of operations management, Jill seamlessly transitioned into the realm of real estate. Her hands-on experience in constructing both her weekend and full-time homes provides her with a unique vantage point, lending solid insights into the often complicated process of property development.

When not hitting the road with clients, Jill is guided by an adventurous spirit, fly fishing, hiking and discovering new eateries around the Catskills.
