MJ's real estate experience spans more than two decades, during which she's been a buyer, seller, landlord, renovator, short-term rental host––and since 2017, a licensed sales agent. MJ has also worked for private equity developers and commercial real estate brokers for many years in NYC, resulting in a keen knowledge of both residential and commercial sales and investments.
