Sunny spent twelve years in New York City working across fashion, beauty, entertainment, and culture in casting, influencer marketing, and talent partnerships. She built a reputation for spotting potential early and knowing when something just fits, and that same sense led her and her husband to Roscoe. What started as a search for something different became a real life: a home, open air, and a slower pace they didn't know they needed. They made it official in 2024 and haven't looked back.
Moving upstate also meant becoming a homeowner and, quickly, a renovator. She and her husband have done much of the work themselves, learning the particular logic of old houses: what's worth saving, what needs to go, and how to make a space actually feel like your own. That combination of backgrounds — someone who came from the city, chose this place deliberately, and has lived the realities of buying and fixing up a home here — shapes how Sunny works with her clients.
When Sunny isn't working with clients, you can find her snowboarding local mountains, tending her garden, or out on a trail with her dogs.
